“Certificates” refers to digital certificates issued by Skillity after course completion or exam results.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and purchase courses.
By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
You agree to use the platform only for:

Following all policies and guidelines provided by Skillity
You must not:

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or as shown during checkout.
By purchasing a course or certificate, you agree to:

Authorize Skillity to process the payment
Skillity may update prices at any time, but not after you complete a purchase.
When you purchase a course, you receive:
Lifetime access (unless stated otherwise)
Access to all included learning materials
The right to view the content but not download or redistribute it
Skillity reserves the right to update or remove course content to improve quality.
Certificates are issued after:
Completing course requirements
Passing required assessments (if applicable)
Certificates are digital unless otherwise specified.
Skillity is not responsible for how external companies, employers, or institutions interpret or evaluate the certificates.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been viewed.
Refunds will not be issued if:
You completed a course
You downloaded or accessed the majority of the content
You issued your certificate
The refund request is after the refund window
Refund approvals are at the discretion of Skillity’s support team.

Videos
Text
Designs
Logos
Course materials
…is owned by Skillity and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, sell, publish, modify, or share any content without written permission.
You agree not to:
Impersonate any person or instructor
Attempt to bypass platform security
Engage in fraudulent purchases
Misuse certificates
Use bots or automated tools to access content
Violations may lead to permanent account termination.
Skillity provides educational content “as is”.
We do not guarantee:
Employment outcomes
Promotion results
Course suitability for specific purposes
Skillity is not liable for any:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Technical issues caused by third-party services
You use the platform at your own responsibility.
Skillity may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
